Please do not send evidence, identity documents, medical records, children’s information or detailed allegations through a public form. Support intake must use a protected, consent-led pathway with clear limits of confidentiality.

Contact emergency services or move to a safe person or place if you can do so without increasing risk. A quick-exit button appears at the top of every page.
If you are supporting someone
Listen without pressure, do not confront a suspected perpetrator, do not publish identifying information, and allow the survivor to guide what happens next wherever it is safe and lawful.
